Child and Adolescent Health Associates was established in 1980 as a private practice in general pediatrics. Affiliated with Children’s Memorial Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Medical Center, our physicians provide quality comprehensive health care for children from birth to 18 years old.
Our physicians are on the faculty of Northwestern University Medical School and are currently involved in teaching pediatric primary care to students as well as training pediatric residents.
We also offer the following services:
· Comprehensive pediatric primary care for children from birth to 18 years old
· Newborn hospital visits
· Inpatient pediatric care
· Outpatient illness visits
· Well child care – from birth to 18 years old
· Immunizations
· Symptom consultation
· Illness visits within 24 hours, Monday – Saturday
· Comprehensive management of complex pediatric medical conditions and coordinated care with specialists and other healthcare providers
